Why this exists
Ending a lease contract early costs an early termination fee that often runs into thousands of euro. Passing it on to another company is almost always cheaper, for both parties. The leasing company puts the contract in a new name and the car simply keeps driving.
The problem was never that it was not allowed. The problem was that nobody knew where to look, that the terms were not public and that the paperwork put people off. Leasechange solves those three things.
We charge nothing for it. Not because we forgot, but because a marketplace without supply is useless and a listing fee blocks exactly that supply.
